In order to provide the best possible service to all our customers, with effect from 13 April 2019, we will be levying a R49.00 administration service fee for all service requests submitted. Once your request is received and processed by us, your bill will automatically include this fee.

Due to technicalities surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic that has affected many operational departments, please note that there will be a 4 to 5 day turnaround time or delay on all fine printouts and requests. Departments are currently not fully operational and are operating on short staff.

Where we are able to reduce enforcement order fines, the time frame for finalization by the relevant department is approximately 6 to 8 weeks. Where enforcement order fines are required to be paid in full the finalisation period will be 3 to 5 working days.

Attention: Expired licences from March lockdown to August to be valid until March 2022!

Important

Courtesy letter fines if not settled timeously, may eventually become enforcement orders - should this occur and an enforcement order is identified on your credentials, WE WILL BE UNABLE TO REDUCE YOUR AMOUNT PAYABLE AND THE TRAFFIC INFRINGEMENT FINE MUST BE PAID IN FULL.

Traffic fine printouts are valid for a maximum of 10 working days. Should you require a quote thereafter, we will be required to process a new printout. Due to stringent bank and return policies, a 30% handling fee will be charged on all refunds requested.
